How do I know I need a remote renovation?

If you want to invest in having a great renovation experience with full-time assistance and high-quality results; delegating and managing all the tasks online, and making only important decisions while a team of experts takes care of the proper execution; and also be able to keep on with your life wherever you’re on earth during the process, a remote renovation is exactly what you need.

On the other side, if you have the time, the desire, and the capacity to be the head of your project, deal with all the tasks, coordination, and responsibilities in order to make things happen and save some money, then you can make good use of traditional local services — and we can happily recommend you some great options from our pool of collaborators.

Talk with a Project Manager

Do we cover inspections, permits, and ROT deductions?

Yes. When we give you a quotation for your project we take into consideration a lot of the administrative details that are required to make a renovation correctly. You can see these items detailed in the "project management" section of your proposal.

As for the ROT deductions, if you’re a Swedish tax contributor, we’ll take care of presenting the paperwork to the Swedish authorities by the end of the project and refund you the amount approved. You can also follow this process in your dashboard.
