M&K's brand new Nordic-style flat in Santa Pola.
This project was a full renovation to give a fresh and brighter look to this old flat near the sea, mixing the beach vibes with some Scandinavian accents.
M&K's apartment went from "old and dusty" to "brand new" in 16 weeks.
M&K reached out to us with the idea of giving a fresh look to their 3-bedroom/1-bath flat. Their major goals were to improve the distribution and replace all the old-dated materials and installations in the house.
After all the ideation and planning of the strategy phase we kickstarted the project doing a huge demolition to get rid of all the "old stuff". We also opened the kitchen to the living/dinning area and relocate the laundry make more room for the new bathroom.
The project went on perfectly. We replaced the water pipes and electricity wiring, renewed the bathroom, made a new kitchen with an island and lots of storage space, and bright up the rest of the flat with new floors, doors, windows, painting, appliances, and furniture.
Honestly, I was skeptical about how we could do the project from home. We live in Sweden, and it was impossible for us to go to Spain. However, everything ended up being fantastic. I'm 100% happy.
