M&S’s family duplex with stunning views in Santa Pola.
This was a great renovation project to turn this amazing penthouse into the perfect little corner for family time and gateways in Spain.
M&S’s penthouse got the style and vibes to match the stunning views.
M&S contacted us to tune-up their 3-dorms/2-baths/huge- patio top floor apartment they just bought. They had plans to create a space where they could spend great family time, chill from work, and enjoy sunny golf-days.
After defining the details and building up the action plan we started with the demolitions. We got rid of all the "old stuff", opened the kitchen to the living room, moved a few walls to enlarge the bathrooms, and remove old awnings and windows around the house.
By the end of the project the apartment was shiny. They had a lovely open kitchen with top appliances, two elegant bathrooms, brand new floors, soundproof windows (white in the inside and black on the outside to meet building regulations and M&S’s interior design ideas), interior doors, security entrance doors, and two beautiful awnings with some artificial grass in the terraces.
Great work guys! My husband and I are very thankful for all the care you had with our project and how good you were on keeping us on the loop. The apartment now looks just like we always wanted.
