A&M's traditional Spanish-style home in Gran Alacant
This lovely semi-detached was ready to receive some care and love from its new owners and their big plans to turn it into the perfect family getaway.
A&M’s ideas turned this house into their favorite place to relax and fika.
A&M reached out to us looking for help with their renovation ideas for this cozy 3-dorms/2-bath house they just bought. They had envisioned a traditional Spanish-style house, with white walls, wooden and black iron accents, and the perfect patio with clay brick flooring and a glass porch. How sweet is that?
We got all the details sorted out, built a solid action plan, and jumped right into the demolitions. Once that was done, we moved onto the fun part: building stuff! Our team got to work and (among other things) replaced the electricity and plumbing systems, leveled and tiled the patio floor, renovated the bathroom, painted the house inside and out, installed a fancy new wooden door with a smart lock, and worked on many other awesome details.
By the end of the project, the house was looking amazing and the delivery night was just magical. They now had a beautiful bathroom with hydraulic flooring and wooden furniture, a freshly painted and organized house, upgraded electric and water installations, a chimney that can make pizza, and the jewel of the crown, a gorgeous patio; with hand-made clay brick flooring, a majestic glass porch with bi-fold doors that can open fully to integrate the porch area to the rest of the patio, and convenient awnings.
